Elementary

Elementary School is from 1st to 6th grade. Classrooms, at the Elementary School level, are composed of a maximum of 24 students per classroom. All students take the same courses: English, Spanish, Math, Social Studies, Science, Music, Art, Computers and Physical Education. High-caliber elective courses round up our student’s development. Some of these include, but are not limited to Music, Art, Library Skills, Math Lab, Computer, STREAM, and “Huerto Casero”.

To expand the academic scope and develop social and community skills our Elementary School students, also participate in special events such as, Spelling Bee, Geography Bee, Math Olympics, Global Awareness Month, International Peace Day, Art Exhibitions and School Assemblies, among others. During the gradual adaptation phase of 1st grade to 3rd grade, students will continue to be evaluated on a Letter Grading System once each semester. On 4th grade, the Health class is introduced to promote healthy habits and lifestyles for our students. Upon completion of the 6th grade students graduate from Elementary School with the comprehensive skill base required to master the upcoming High School challenges.
